Payment Policy

All payments are due the first week of the month for the entire month’s scheduled lessons. All scheduled lessons are to be paid for in full & no credits will be applied from previously missed lessons or notified absences. There is a one-time security deposit (the cost of one lesson) that is due upon registration. The security deposit will be applied to the student’s last lesson. Consistent weekly lesson slots are only available to those who pay monthly.

Rescheduling a Lesson

Students are expected to keep their scheduled appointment for each lesson. If a lesson is to be missed, a make-up lesson is available pending the teacher’s schedule. To schedule a make-up lesson, you must notify the studio or the teacher at least 24 hours before your scheduled lesson. Otherwise, the lesson is forfeited and you are responsible to pay for that lesson. There is no rescheduling for missed make-ups. It is the student’s responsibility to schedule the make-ups with the teacher. The student is allowed only eight (8) make-up lessons per year.
